Healthy and simple breakfast

For the last few weeks I've been enjoying my summer break and putting more effort on my breakfast, now than I have more time in the mornings.

I don't like coffee but I love tea with milk (I like the normal dairy one, but you can choose whatever you want) and recently I've been loving a caramel and vanilla one; if you can find one I totally recommend it, I'm 100% sure it will be your next favourite thing as soon as you drink it the first time. The tomato jam on my toasts is an organic one so even though jam is half sugar half fruit, it's healthy and will give you the energy you need on the mornings for the day.

Also my new china mug from Stradivarius and it was only 6€, I really like it and I think it's so cute with the 'girlboss' on it.

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

A special Italian dish

Last summer I went to Italy and in Venice I bought some really good pasta I found in a cute and small shop. So I decided to make a really italian dish as better as I could.

If you want to know how I did this easy and tasty dish, continue reading!

You will need:
- Pasta (the one you prefer)
- Tomato sauce (you can also make your own)
- Cheese (preferably easily to melt)
- A bowl
- A pot
- A wooden spoon

With a high temperature you wait till the water in the pot is boiling and then you wait till the pasta is on point (usually you know how much time is needed because it is said in the package). The wooden spoon is to remove the pasta to make sure it stay apart and do not add olive oil or salt (the proper italian pasta is done without it).

You pour cold water on the pasta so it cold down.

You transfer the pasta on a plate of bowl as you wish (I prefer a bowl) and add first the tomato sauce, then the oregano and finally the cheese.

You introduce it in the microwave till the cheese is melted. And it's done!

I hope you liked it and don't forget to tell me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

Veggie rice dish

I'm back after more than a month and I'm sorry but I wanted to enjoy the break and be able to see my family and friends. In Spain we don't receive gifts in christmas day (well, some of the kids yes) because we do on January 6th "Los tres reyes magos" the literal translation is "The three magic kings" but I think they actually call it "The three wise men", that's another reason I wasn't here before. Also I have to study and do so much stuf like that (not enjoyable at all I know). But... HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY LOVEY READERS ! (and if you're new welcome and I hope you like it).

During this break I've been practicing my cooking skils (and it you know me, you'll know that I'm a disaster in the kitchen), but I've been trying and improving this new super easy recipe that any one (even me) can do it. I've realised that even if you're vegetarian or even vegan it's also for you and I thing that's great (but I'm not, I love meat and fish too much to give that up sorry).

Of course it's a very adaptable recipe, if you don't like something or want to add another one it's perfectly fine and I'd love to know how you did it (so I can maybe try it too)

You will need:
- Half a glass of rice
- A tomato (if it's too big I only use half of it)
- Green, red and/or yellow pepper (as you decide but I only had green, sorry)
- Onion (it's optional and add as much as you want)
- Soy sauce
- A pan
- A small pot
- A wooden spoon
- A knife

____________________ " ____________________

You put the rice to the pot, for every unit of rice you'll add 3 of water (only with this rice, usually it's only 2) with a bit of olive oil and salt. For 5 minutes you'll have it on a high temperature and the next 10/15 on a low one (check after 10 minutes to know when it's ok to eat)

With a high temperature and a bit of olive out you'll add the pepper first to the pan (because it's the hardest one and it takes more time to cook).

When it's more or less done you'll add the onion to the mix till it's almost done.

Finally you'll add to the pan the tomato for a few seconds, maybe a minute or two (that depends on how you like it) and the mixture is done.

You add the mixture and the rice to a plate and add the soy sauce (as much as you like, I love it so I add too much)

And you have it !

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

My top lazy weekend dinner

I'm going to start this saying I'm not a cooker in any sense, I don't know how to cook almost everything so please don't judge any of my skills (I laugh at myself because I actually need to put myself together and learn, don't worry).

I don't know how people do omelettes because the moment I have to fip it I just ruined everything, so instead of feel bad about myself I just turn my omelette in a "scrambled eggs" kind of thing. I also made up this "recipe" (if you can call it that...) so sorry about the measures beforehand I do it by eye and what I feel in that moment.

You will need:
- Two normal size hell eggs
- A tomato (if it's too big I only use half of it)
- Oregano (it's optional but I absolutely love the taste of it)
- Cheese (whatever you want, like or have)
- A pan
- A bowl
- A fork or whisk
- A pinch of salt (it's optional, I don't put any but maybe you like it)
- A wooden spoon oa a spatula

I begin turning on the cooker a bit high to I don't have to wait too much (yeah you can see I a patient person *sarcasm*) with the pan on it and when it's ready I put the cheese in the pan so it begins to melt. Meanwhile I break the eggs and whisk them up (and here is where you would add the salt) and then I add them to the cheesy pan (you saw what I did there, don't you?).

As soon as the eggs and the cheese begin to thicken up I do what I call "the trick to lie yourself so it looks like you know how to cook but you actually don't". You take the wooden spoon and you basically break the thicken eggs as much as you like and want, so you don't have to worry to do a good-looking omelette.

When it's still a bit fluid I add the oregano and I continue "breaking the eggs" (and yes I know that don't sounds good). At the add I add the tomato and keep them for a bit so the liquid of the tomato mix up with everything and it makes it tastier (for me of course!).

¡ Y YA ESTÁ ! (and it's done!) (et voilà!) (sorry but I don't know more languages)

An easy, quick and lazy tasty dinner for those of you who don't know how to cook and don't want to waste time even trying it as me. I really hope it helps you somehow and if you try it, it taste good and tell me about it.

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx
