For a better world

Recently it was the Intenational Women's Day (exactly on the 8th of March) and gender equality is something I'm really into but I wasn't sure about writing this or not, that's why I'm a bit late for that.

I think I'm quite lucky because I've never been discriminated and looked down for being a woman, but not everybody is lucky enough. For a couple of years I was a bit bullied by a boy because of my looks (nothing mayor but it still affected me), just because I was a bit more curvie than the average; and even though it wasn't for my gender that made me stronger and more secure about myself after some years of progress (but I'm still insecure at some things, just as every single person in this world).

That happened mainly because society has some patterns of how women and mes should be and act. Since we born we are told what color we should like, with which toy we should play, what we have to like, how we should be. Boys have to be strong, don't cry and hide their feelings. Girls have to be sensitive, shy and inoffensive. Why, who and when decided that?

Women all around the world should be able to say what they think, be educated and have a proper job, be recognised when they're good at something, to do want they want and not be restricted because that's a men's work, not depend on anyone, have and important position without been called bossy, don't have any advantage to the percentage of sex benefit them, be free to do and be anything without being discriminated.

Men all around the world should be able to express their feelings without been called anything because that's not a macho thing, have the same time as women when they have kids because they want to enjoy them as much as us, don't feel the pressure to bring home money, to do want they want and not be restricted because that's a women's work, be free to do and be anything without being discriminated.

If you look at it gender equality it's not only a women's thing, both have stipulated things just because of the gender they have been born.

The best way to change it and get a better word for everybody it's just with simple things. Firstly, we have to change own way of thinking and it's hard because one way or another we've all been born in a patriarchal society and some things we do it without realising it. Secondly, spreading this problems around us and try to make a difference even with the old ones. And finally, if you already have or if you think about having kids in the future, try to educate them without all those stipulated things society have, ir your baby girl favourite colour is green and wants to be a police, let her be and if your baby boy favourite colour is pink and wants to be hairdresser, let him be.

It's hard to change and it will take time, but little by little between all of us we can make a difference and reach it.

Here I let you all some pictures I've found very inspiring with deep messages.

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

A special Italian dish

Last summer I went to Italy and in Venice I bought some really good pasta I found in a cute and small shop. So I decided to make a really italian dish as better as I could.

If you want to know how I did this easy and tasty dish, continue reading!

You will need:
- Pasta (the one you prefer)
- Tomato sauce (you can also make your own)
- Cheese (preferably easily to melt)
- A bowl
- A pot
- A wooden spoon

With a high temperature you wait till the water in the pot is boiling and then you wait till the pasta is on point (usually you know how much time is needed because it is said in the package). The wooden spoon is to remove the pasta to make sure it stay apart and do not add olive oil or salt (the proper italian pasta is done without it).

You pour cold water on the pasta so it cold down.

You transfer the pasta on a plate of bowl as you wish (I prefer a bowl) and add first the tomato sauce, then the oregano and finally the cheese.

You introduce it in the microwave till the cheese is melted. And it's done!

I hope you liked it and don't forget to tell me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

Perfect Saint Valentine's Day makeup

Saint Valentines is almost here and I decided to create an easy and classic look that it's very suitable for anyone (even those with glasses, because I know how annoying it is when a make up look doesn't pop up enough because you can't see properly)

The centre of the attention is the full red lips and that's why the rest of the face is so natural, even the eyes.

Sorry if you see some spots but even foundation don't cover fully everything and let's be real, who doesn't have some every now and then (we all try our best to cover them but it's never enough aggg, I feel you).

Lips // Kiko Milano - 607
Fundation // Rimmel London Lashting Finish - 200 soft beige
Concealer // Essence Soft Touch Mousse - 01 Matt Sand
Eyelashes // Maybelline New York Volum Express Mascara
Eyeliner // Yesensy - Nutmeg
Eyeshadow // Magic Studio Pocket Colors - Beige Pearl (in the innercorner)
Blush // Pinkduck London

I hope you liked it and don't forget to tell me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx
