Healthy and simple breakfast

For the last few weeks I've been enjoying my summer break and putting more effort on my breakfast, now than I have more time in the mornings.

I don't like coffee but I love tea with milk (I like the normal dairy one, but you can choose whatever you want) and recently I've been loving a caramel and vanilla one; if you can find one I totally recommend it, I'm 100% sure it will be your next favourite thing as soon as you drink it the first time. The tomato jam on my toasts is an organic one so even though jam is half sugar half fruit, it's healthy and will give you the energy you need on the mornings for the day.

Also my new china mug from Stradivarius and it was only 6€, I really like it and I think it's so cute with the 'girlboss' on it.

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

June shopping day

Those are some basics and a goodie I felt in love with.

The blush colour is perfect for summer; the mascara makes your lashes look amazing; the foundation is my ultimate fave for those who has oily skin as me because it makes your skin look mate, if we want glowie skin we just have our natural look; and the eyeshadow palette is so beautiful with mate and shiny ones.

MUA eyeshadow palette - 4,99€

Maybelline Lash Sensational waterproof mascara - 8,50€

W7 Power Blush - 1,99€

Maybelline Superstay Better Skin foundation 021/Nude - 7,50€

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx

Homemade pancakes

If you follow me on any social media ( ;) ) you may have seen a pic of some pancakes I made and they were absolutely delicious so I want to show you how easy it is.

Ingredients:
- A cup of baking flour
- A cup of milk (I used a daily one but you can choose whatever you want)
- An hen's egg
- 2 table spoons of sugar
- A table spoon of olive pil
- A tea spoon of yeast
- A pinch of salt

How to do it:
Mix in a bowl the whipped egg, the milk, the olive oil and the sugar. In another bowl mix the flour, the yeast and the salt.

We pour all the bowl with the liquid ingredients into the one with the solid ones and mix till it's a dough without lumps.

Once you've gotten an homogeneous dough you'll need a nonstick pan. When it's hot, you pour with a spoon a bit of that dough into the pan. The moment you see the edges begin to solidify turn it around.

If you want a thick one as mine, the pan has to be small.

And you will be done!

I had some cream and chocolate syrup and I decided to make a tower, I was inspired.

I hope you liked it and don't forget to let me what you think on the comments. Thank you :) xx
